Is there anything wilder than a macaroni and cheese pizza? Give this a try for your family pizza night and the kids (and the adults) are sure to love it!
Ingredients:
- 1 pizza crust (whichever you prefer or make your own crust)
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 block Velveeta cheese (16 oz), cubed
- 1/2 cup milk (adjust for creaminess)
- 1 pre-baked pizza crust (or homemade dough)
- 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce (for base)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional, for topping)
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Preheat your pizza oven (or regular oven) to 475°F.
- Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside.

Make the cheese sauce:
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
- Add milk and Velveeta cubes, stirring until smooth and creamy.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine the cheese sauce with the cooked macaroni and stir until evenly coated.

Assemble the pizza:
- Spread Alfredo sauce evenly over the pizza crust as the base.
- Spoon the mac & cheese mixture over the Alfredo layer.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top (optional, for extra gooeyness).
- Bake in the pizza oven for 8–10 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Cool slightly, slice, and serve hot!
