Macaroni and Cheese Pizza

Is there anything wilder than a macaroni and cheese pizza? Give this a try for your family pizza night and the kids (and the adults) are sure to love it!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pizza crust (whichever you prefer or make your own crust)
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 1 block Velveeta cheese (16 oz), cubed
  • 1/2 cup milk (adjust for creaminess)
  • 1 pre-baked pizza crust (or homemade dough)
  • 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce (for base)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional, for topping)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat your pizza oven (or regular oven) to 475°F.
  2. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  3. Make the cheese sauce:
    • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
    • Add milk and Velveeta cubes, stirring until smooth and creamy.
    • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Combine the cheese sauce with the cooked macaroni and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Assemble the pizza:
    • Spread Alfredo sauce evenly over the pizza crust as the base.
    • Spoon the mac & cheese mixture over the Alfredo layer.
    • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top (optional, for extra gooeyness).
  6. Bake in the pizza oven for 8–10 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  7. Cool slightly, slice, and serve hot!
